DenBeste Water Solutions designs, sources and leases specialty storage tanks and bins in various sizes and models for use in the oil, gas, environmental, construction and water management industries. We are looking to fill full-time positions for Regional Sales Account Managers in Northern and Central California.
Regional Sales Account Manager – Job Description
The Regional Sales Account Manager position is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in their assigned markets. This individual will strive to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. Collaborating with the Director of Business Development, they will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area. The Account Manager will develop leads and strategies to acquire new business and the retention of current customers. They will monitor the market for new trends and adapt sales accordingly. They will collaborate with other DWS departments to achieve goals and provide excellent service to prospects and customers.
Qualification
- College degree or equivalent work experience in Sales or Business Development (3-5 years).
- Candidates must live within the assigned territory. Northern California is the area of responsibility.
- Must be adaptable to travel.
- General knowledge of the rental market with emphasis on the oil, gas, environmental, construction and remediation industries.
- Documented record of successful selling.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Weekend and evening hours may be required based on the needs of the business.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Performs job in a professional manner. Maintains good public relations with customers, vendors and competitors.
- Prepares and formulates rates for quotes and orders.
- Works in conjunction with all DWS departments to ensure good customer relationships.
- Prepares written reports and records required by management on a timely basis
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Estimates date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of company production and delivery schedules.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all company products and their application, pricing and terms, sales and credit policies, as well as advertising and promotional aids.
- Strategic thinking and planning are required to develop and execute quarterly action plans
- Drive customer satisfaction by building trust through professional relationships.
- Deliver sales results that meet and or exceed sales goals established by management.
